Single homeless men aged 18+ and women aged 16+ with support needs, including ex-offenders and those with alcohol, drugs and mental health issues.

No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.
How to get in ^ back to top
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Require reports from Probation and Social Services if appropriate.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm to check vacancies. Application form completed by prospective resident and/or referral agency. Interview.

Staffing and support ^ back to top
60 staff, visiting support weekdays 9am-5pm, emergency on-call system. Keywork system. Support includes basic advice, assistance and befriending, advice in claiming benefits and accessing local services, help with working towards resettlement and independent living.
Mental health outreach worker available.
Access to move-on
Staff give advice on move-on options and help with resettlement. Referrals to longer stay hostels and housing projects, including 100 spaces in Coventry Cyrenians properties. Referral to floating support service.

House rules and tenure
Smoking allowed in own rooms only. Licence agreement.
Own key, no restrictions.
Until 8pm. No overnight guests. No male visitors in women's hostel.

The accommodation includes a 6 bed hostel for men and a 6 bed hostel for women. The women's hostel has spaces for 2 single parents and children. There is also an 8 bed hostel for ex-forces personnel.
