Staff provide 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system, with regular meetings. Staff provide support with form filling, liaison with other agencies and informal counselling.
Regular visits from community nurse, optician and mental health support team.

38 30 on half board, 8 self cateing.
£34pw required from residents on half board in receipt of benefits, £16.80pw for those self catering.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in own rooms only. Licence agreement.
Must be in by 4am. Can have 2 late passes or nights out per week.
Must leave by 9pm. No males except family members by arrangement. No overnight guests.
Monthly residents' meetings. Residents' committee.
