Support services

Staff provide 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system, with regular meetings. Staff provide support with form filling, liaison with other agencies and informal counselling.

Regular visits from community nurse, optician and mental health support team.

Access to move-on

Resettlement programme and follow-up support.

38 30 on half board, 8 self catering.

£34pw required from residents on half board in receipt of benefits, £16.80pw for those self catering.

FurnishingsRooms fully furnished, with washbasins. Fridge, personal safe.

Disabled facilities1 room fully wheelchair accessible and toilet adapted for person with disability. Fire alarm for deaf residents.

House rules and tenure

No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in own rooms only. Licence agreement.

Resident access

Must be in by 4am. Can have 2 late passes or nights out per week.


Must leave by 9pm. No males except family members by arrangement. No overnight guests.

User participation

Monthly residents' meetings. Residents' committee.
