All referrals are made by Eastbourne Borough Council Housing Department.
All referrals come from Eastbourne Borough Council Housing Department. Phone Mon-Fri 10am-5pm to arrange an interview. Require proof of identity, references and some background checks.

3 full time and 1 part time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system, with weekly meetings. Regular residents' meetings.
Access to move-on
Keyworkers provide help with finding move-on accommodation and getting on the council waiting list.

£12.25pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Residents must attend keywork sessions. No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking in own room only. Licence agreement.
