Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. All referrals must be made via LCC Housing Options Team based at city-wide One-Stop Shops.

Phone Contact Centre 0151 233 3000 any time for details (can also put callers through to local One-Stop Shop) or call in to One-Stop Shop Mon-Fri 8.30am-4.30pm.

Staffing and support ^ back to top

Support services

11 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keyworker system with meetings at least weekly. Staff provide advice and support around welfare benefits, rehab/detox services, health, employment and training, education, rehousing options and resettlement needs.

Health services

Mobile dental surgery, nurse practitioner and optician visit as required.

Access to move-on

Access to housing association nominations, rent deposit schemes, bedsit schemes and longer stay hostels. Provide resettlement support throughout the move-on process, including limited follow up support.
