Staffing and support ^ back to top
9 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Person centred support plans. Staff provide support the empowerment and enablement of service uses to maintain a positive contribution when living in the community in their own tenancy.
Access to GPs, dentists and chiropodists through MHT, Alcohol Information and CDT. Regular contact with Homeless Help Team.
Access to move-on
Staff help with application forms, and accessing furniture and further move-on support. Refer to outreach team for follow-up support.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in garden only. Must attend keywork and residents' meetings. Licence agreement.
Must be in by 2.30am, except by prior arrangement.
