Single homeless people with low to medium support needs.
Will not accept
Sex offenders, arsonists and high risk offenders. People with support needs which cannot be met by the project.
How to get in ^ back to top
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Self or agency referrals. Phone or call in, 24 hours. Application forms completed with a member of staff followed by interview. Police check. Individuals on probation will require a probation referral with eOASYS reports if applicable.
Operate waiting list of a few days.
Staffing and support ^ back to top
15 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system with weekly meetings. Support plans reviewed every three months, more frequently if required.
Counsellor visits weekly. Access to exernal agencies eg Turning Point, mental health team, NHS.
Access to move-on
Staff offer help with finding accommodation. Have own move-on accommodation.

Single rooms are in 4 and 5-bed clusters.
£13.16pw required from residents receiving benefits.

House rules and tenure
Compulsory keywork. No alcohol on site. Smoking in own room only. House rules. Licence agreement.
Own key, no access restrictions.
U10am-10pm in rooms. Overnight guests in flats only, with risk assessment and staff permission.
Regular residents' meetings. Resident's committee with both local and national forums.
