Phone or call in Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Application form completed prior to interview. Require proof of identity. Require background information from referring agency.

1 full time staff on-site Mon-Fri 9am-3pm. Provide help with benefits and developing independent living skills.
Access to specialist workers/agencies as and when appropriate.
Access to move-on
Housing officer supports tenants in finding appropriate move-on accommodation.

House rules and tenure
Smoking allowed in own rooms only. Assured shorthold tenancy.
Own key, no access restrictions.
Can stay overnight. No visitors under 16 allowed unless accompanied by responsible adult.
Regular residents' meetings. Residents' forum, with 2 representatives per site.
