Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Self or agency referrals. Phone or call in Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Application form completed prior to interview. Require proof of identity. Require background information from referring agency.

Support services

2 full time staff on-site Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (plus some evenings), Sat-Sun 4.30pm-midnight. Keywork system (7 residents per worker), keywork meetings at least weekly. Provide help with benefits, budgeting, access to education, training and employment, developing independent living skills, social skills and building social networks.

Health services

Access to specialist workers/agencies as and when appropriate.

Access to move-on

Keyworker and resident draw up a resettlement plan including finding appropriate move-on accommodation. Help with making applications and finding furniture. Offer follow-up support for as long as required.
