Accept referrals only from Bristol Housing Support Register System.
Application form and interview. Require proof of ID, references and background information.

Staffing and support ^ back to top
6 full time staff, available Mon-Fri 9.30am-6pm, emergency on-call system. Compulsory keywork system (13 residents per keyworker), monthly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes reviewed quarterly. Staff provide advice and support with benefits, housing, education, employment and training.
Access to move-on
Staff provide basic information about move-on options.
