Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with support needs. All applicants must be willing to engage in some type of education or training.
Will not accept
Arsonists. Sex offenders.

Accept self referrals and referrals from any professional agency.
Write or phone any time. Application form completed by applicant and referral agency. Interview. Require background information including offending history.
Sometimes operate waiting list prioritised by need.
Staffing and support ^ back to top
5 full time day staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system with weekly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff offer support around independent living, life skills, safety, employment and training and liaison with statutory and voluntary welfare agencies.
Drop-ins by local support agencies on health matters such as substance misuse.
Access to move-on
Staff give advice on move-on options and help with resettlement in keywork. Referral to floating support service if needed.

£11.47pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
Residents must engage in education or training. No alcohol allowed. Smoking allowed in own rooms only. Licence agreement.
Own key, no access restrictions. Curfew on college nights. Key handed in on leaving building.
Between 9am-11pm. No overnight guests.
Regular residents' meetings.
