Target group
People who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, including ex-offenders and those with alcohol, drug or mental health problems. Can accept young people, couples and families.
Will not accept
Sex offenders and those pending charge for sexual offences. People with an assessed high level history of violence.

Referral agencies
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Referral procedure
Self or agency referrals. Phone or call in daily 24 hours or write for application form, which is completed by applicant and referral agency. Additional information may be required. Require proof of ID. Can move in immediately if accepted.

Support services
12 full time staff, available 24 hours. Help with living skills. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed regularly.

Harm reduction service.
Access to move-on
Full move-on and resettlement programme, plus follow-up support. Access to 10 move-on flats.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol or smoking allowed on the premises. Must attend residents' meetings. Licence agreement.
Resident access
Must be in by 12 midnight Sun-Thurs, 1.30am Fri-Sat. Later access by prior agreement.
Visitors
Between 2pm-4pm, 6pm-10pm. No overnight guests.
User participation
Regular compulsory residents' meetings.
