Referral agencies
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Referral procedure
Self or agency referrals. Phone daily 24 hours, but preferably 9am-5pm, to discuss referral and confirm eligibility. Application form. Interview. Require proof of ID, risk assessment from professional involved with applicant and background reports.

Staffing and support ^ back to top
Support services
6 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system (2-3 residents per keyworker) with weekly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes reviewed regularly. Staff offer support with independent living skills, accessing specialised support and liaison with statutory and community welfare services.
Health services
External agencies make visits as necessary.
Access to move-on
Staff give advice on move-on options and help with applications to local housing providers. May refer to floating support service for follow-up support.

House rules and tenure
Residents encouraged to participate in cleaning rota. No alcohol allowed. Smoking only allowed in own rooms and back garden. 13 week licence agreement.
Resident access
Own key, must be in between 11.30pm-6am unless working. Allowed to be out 2 nights per week.
Visitors
1 visitor per resident between 10am-6pm Sat-Sun. No overnight guests.
User participation
Monthly residents' meetings. Resident consultation meetings every two months. Resident representative sits on Moat Board.
