Single homeless people with support needs, single women with dependent children, and young single asylum seekers. Priority given to applicants with a local connection. Target 7% residents from black and minority ethnic groups, and 50% women.
Will not accept
Arsonists, people with a history of violence and sex offences.

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or write. Application form completed by applicant and referral agency prior to interview. Need relevant reports.
Operate waiting list of 4-6 people.
Staffing and support ^ back to top
9 full time staff provide on-site or visiting support Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, emergency on-call system. Keywork system (6-8 residents per worker), regular keywork meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff give advice and help with social skills, money management, relationships, child protection, community involvement, employment.
Alcohol specialist on staff team. Referral to specialist drug and alcohol agencies.
Access to move-on
Staff help with applications and grants, obtaining furniture and fittings.

No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in designated room only. Licence agreement.
24 hour access, no restrictions.
