Referral agencies
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Referrals are dealt with by Key Point of Access and 1st Stop.
Referral procedure
Self or agency referrals. Phone (24 hours daily), or write. Interview and application form. Require background information about current situation and proof of ID. All applications via Key Point of Access or 1st Stop.

Staffing and support ^ back to top
Support services
6 staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system (maximum 3 residents per worker), meetings at least weekly for first 6 weeks, then monthly. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff provide assistance with forms, budgeting and tenancy maintenance, and signpost residents to external agencies where appropriate.
Health services
Mental health worker on staff team.
Access to move-on
Keyworkers provide advice around move-on options, help with application forms and contact housing providers on residents' behalf. Follow-up floating support service if required.

Compulsory programme of support. No alcohol in communal areas. Smoking allowed in own rooms only. Written house rules. Assured shorthold tenancy.
Resident access
Must be in by 1am and stay in hostel till 6am.
Visitors
Yes, visitors aged 16+ from 9am-11pm, under 16 9am-6pm. No overnight guests.
User participation
Monthly house meetings. Residents involved in interview process.
