Single homeless people with support needs. Priority given to people from Derby.
Will not accept
Arsonists and Schedule 1 offenders.
How to get in ^ back to top
Accept self referrals if over 18, and referrals from Derby Single Point of Entry Team and prison services.
Call in Mon, Wed-Fri 10.30am-4.30pm, Tues 1pm-4.30pm or phone. Application form completed prior to interview. Risk assessment. Need proof of ID, eg passport, driving licence, birth certificate, benefits letter, NI details.
No waiting list.
Staffing and support ^ back to top
6 staff visit daily, emergency on-call system. Compulsory keywork system (7-8 residents per keyworker), meetings at least monthly. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff provide support with independent living skills.
CPN visits weekly. Specialist staff in alcohol, drugs, mental health and primary health care.
Access to move-on
Support worker provides help with grants and obtaining furniture.

£13.23pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.
