Referral agencies
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Referral procedure
Phone or call in to the drop-in centre at the above address Mon-Fri 1pm-4pm. Interview with needs and risk assessment.

Staffing and support ^ back to top
Support services
Staff available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, out of hours call centre support. Keyworker system with meetings as required. Provide practical and emotional support around independent living skills, finances, health and wellbeing, social and community networks, education and training and parenting skills.
Access to move-on
Provide advice on move-on options and help with finding appropriate housing, completing forms and attending application interviews.
