Young single homeless people, teenage parents and young families aged 16-25 with support needs. Prioritise applicants with a local connection to North East Lincolnshire.

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone or call in to the drop-in centre at the above address Mon-Fri 1pm-4pm. Interview with needs and risk assessment.
Usually have a small waiting list.
Staffing and support ^ back to top
Staff available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, out of hours call centre support. Keyworker system with meetings as required. Provide practical and emotional support around independent living skills, finances, health and wellbeing, social and community networks, education and training and parenting skills.
Access to move-on
Provide advice on move-on options and help with finding appropriate housing, completing forms and attending application interviews.
