Referral agencies
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. Prefer some input from agencies involved with young person.
Referral procedure
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Application form usually completed by phone for self referrals. Interview.

Sometimes operate a waiting list.

Support services
2 staff provide on-site support Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, emergency on-call system.
Access to move-on
Staff give advice on move-on options. 4 move on flats (3 in Stratford, 1 in Alcester). Floating support available for up to 6 weeks.
