Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Self or agency referrals. Phone Mon, Wed-Fri 9am-5pm, Tues 9am-8pm. Application form completed prior to interview. Maintain regular contact with people on waiting list to check any changes in circumstance.
Waiting list of up to 10 people, by priority need.

2 full time and 2 part time staff, available Mon, Wed-Fri 9.30am-5pm, Tues 9am-8pm, Sat 9am-2pm, no out of hours cover. Linkworker system. Provide support with claiming benefits, budgeting and domestic skills, help with accessing training, education and employment, and emotional and general support.
May have alcohol drop-in sessions with AA.
Access to move-on
Help with identifying appropriate move-on accommodation, with making applications and arranging the move. Provide follow-up support.

House rules and tenure
Smoking and alcohol allowed in own room only. Assured shorthold tenancy in studios. Licence agreement in single rooms.
No access restrictions.
Visitors allowed. Can have overnight guests with staff permission.
Regular house meetings, residents are encouraged to participate. Client consultation.
