The Wallich - Swansea Bond Board

Service for single people and childless couples on a low income who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. Also help people where Swansea Council Homelessness Department have a duty to assist. Provide bond certificates to replace cash bonds required by private sector landlords (to guarantee deposits). Also offer information to applicants, landlords and tenants on tenancy and benefit issues.
