Advice, support and helpline for young people under stress or with a mental health problem. Advice on mental health, bullying, sexuality, physical or sexual abuse. Support groups, counselling, young women's groups. Projects on suicide, self harm, gay, lesbian and bisexual issues and for young men, black young people and disabled young people. Mental health team offer support in community venues.

Target group

Young people aged 14 - 25, under stress or with a mental health problem.
